Remember that we are on Earth for a purpose.<br />2. Develop your potentials and skills to the fullest extent possible to help others.<br />3. Practice the Golden Rule; treat others the way you would like to be treated.<br />4. Honor and respect your elders; the way you treat your parents will be the guide your children will follow to treat you.<br />5. Listen to your spouse, children, and/or significant other; show them you love them as often as you can.<br />6. Enjoy life and the blessings that you have received with your family; sing, dance, fish, play, run, go to the theater, watch a movie, get a pet, etc.<br />7. If you don't object to wine, consume only one glass of red wine a day, at dinner with your family, never operate a motor vehicle under the influence. If you object to wine, or are an alcoholic, drink purple grape juice.<br />8. Don't smoke anything.<br />9. Eat a balanced diet; plenty of fruits and vegetables, complex carbohydrates and small amounts of fat and protein, enjoy your meals, brush and floss your teeth. Don't overeat.<br />10. Exercise<br />11. Listen to your body, don't abuse it, and rest after exercise or hard work.<br />12.
